Niota is not a broker and not an adviser

Niota is not a broker, an exchange or an investment adviser, and is not registered with SEBI. Market data is streamed through your own broker account, and your orders, funds and holdings remain entirely with your broker.

Niota is an integration layer over your own broker account. You log in to your broker through that broker's own login flow, and your funds, holdings and order book stay with your broker at all times. We never hold client money or securities.

Options carry a high risk of loss

Options carry a high risk of loss and are not suitable for every investor. Investments in the securities market are subject to market risk. Read all the related documents carefully before investing.

Derivatives can lose value quickly and completely. Before you trade anything, consider your objectives, your level of experience and how much you can afford to lose, and take advice from a qualified professional if you need it.

Where the market data comes from

Real-time market data shown in the app is streamed from the broker account you connect, under that broker's terms. We do not originate or redistribute exchange feeds. Other information in the app, such as institutional activity data, is derived from publicly reported sources.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the app correct and available, but we do not warrant that any figure, calculation or screen is accurate, complete, current or uninterrupted. Data can be delayed, wrong or missing, whether because of an error in our systems, in a broker connection, or at the source. Calculators in the app are illustrative models, and their output depends entirely on the inputs you give them.

You are responsible for verifying anything before you act on it. Do not use Niota as your only source of truth for a decision involving money.
